Below are indicative prices for calculations sufficient for Building Control's approval.

Steel Design

Reinforced Concrete

Timber Design

Rafters  -  £50

Masonry Design

Pier Design  -  £75

Panel Design / Check  -  £100

Retaining Wall 1.2 m  -  £100

Retaining Wall 2.4 m  -  £150

All prices exclude Building Regulations/ Building Control application fees. Additional fees may be applicable if we determine a site visit to be necessary.  

Please note that a £70.00 quote/consultation charge (admin fee) applies to any agreed job, which covers time spent on emails and professional assessment of your requirements.

You should ensure all information provided is correct. AS Building Design & Calcs will not be held liable in the event that incorrect information is provided by the consumer, or the incorrect interpretation of information provided.

By providing us with a written instruction or returning our completed request for information from, you agree to pay for the use of our services and to our Terms and Conditions.

 Any revisions to the design for any specific reason will be treated as a new order and will be charged as an additional fee and will be subject to these standard Terms and Conditions.
