Our Work
The majority of our projects consist of Steel Beam Calculations and Structural Drawings for the removal of load-bearing walls. We also provide a full set of structural calculations and drawings for loft conversations, single/double storey extensions, etc.
Our extensive knowledge and years of experience in the field enables us to meet the demands and challenges of any domestic project head on.
We endeavour to ensure that all our engineering and architectural design solutions are well-thought-out, economically sound and practical.

Droitwich, WR9
We were instructed to provide structural calculations and drawings for proposed renovations to help improve our client's living space.
The works we discussed included the removal of some internal walls to open up the existing kitchen and dining area, as well as a single storey rear
extension.
We designed 4 RSJ's:
-
2 beams to support the original external wall at first floor level.
-
1 beam to add support to timber floors and masonry wall at first floor level.
-
1 beam above proposed opening in the rear facing external wall for the installation of bi-fold doors

Telford, TF3
We were instructed to provide structural calculations for a pair of steel beams to support timber floors and external cavity wall at first floor level for proposed garage conversion.
The conversion from garage to a wet room required the removal of a load-bearing wall at ground floor level to provide internal access to the new space.

This project required a full structural design solution for proposed renovations of a large 4 bedroom property.
The renovations involved:
-
The removal of some internal and external load-bearing walls at ground floor level.
-
The design of new timber floor joists at first floor level.
